Shinyei Group（hereinafter referred to as “we”）consider information to be a valuable asset and manage information in accordance with the "Security Policy."
In particular, we are strongly aware of our great social responsibility to protect personal information, and are committed to the safe management of personal information as described below.

  1. In order to protect the personal information we collect and use, we comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and guidelines based on this Act.
  2. We shall comply with the Shinyei Group Information Security Regulations and related rules, which include specific measures for the protection of personal information in conjunction with internal compliance-related regulations, and shall always endeavor to make efforts in accordance with the manuals and other relevant documents.
  3. We are deeply aware of the importance of personal information management and our responsibility for the security of personal information, we will handle the personal information we collect, use, and manage in an appropriate manner.
  4. We will implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security control measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, theft, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information. At the same time, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to our directors and employees.
  5. In order to enhance our personal information protection system, we will regularly check and evaluate the operational status of this Privacy Policy, and internal rules, regulations for the protection of personal information and continuously improve them.
