Example cases of our OEM orders
Case 1: special bristle mixed with natural ore
- Received an inquiry to manufacture toothbrushes with natural stone that produces negative ions.
- Used an advanced technology to grind the stone to a fine powder to protect from damaging the enamel.
- Our proprietary machine mixed the powder into the bristle materials of the toothbrush.
- Tested the effectiveness with a dentistry university and clinic and confirmed its high plaque-cleaning effect.
- Implanted the bristles into the handle of the toothbrush to make a commercial product.
- Selling at pharmacies, drug stores, dental clinics, and hospitals in Europe and Asia.
Case 2: Original toothbrush for a dental clinic
- Received a request from a dental clinic in the Philippines to manufacture an original toothbrush for their patients.
- The client wanted to keep initial costs as low as possible, but also wanted a unique product.
- Proposed a toothbrush with highly effective bristles while cutting costs by avoiding a new casting mold and using our existing toothbrush handle and bristle.
- Printed the private logo on the handle for originality as a marketing item for the clinic.
- Manufactured the products and gave them as a gift to patients. The response has been very well received.

Consult and proposal presentation
Our staff will collect your company's requirements (sales channels, desired toothbrush features, lot size, etc.) and propose the most suitable toothbrush specifications in accordance with your request.
Estimation of cost
Once the product specification is confirmed, we will submit a quotation.
Sample submission
We will send a sample item for evaluation.
Design
Design a logo for the handle and packaging. Our designer can design them according to your request. If you wish to design yourself, we will provide drawing data.
Mass production prototype
Once the design is finalized, we will create a sample of the final product and a prototype for mass production.
Contract and order
Sign the contract and place the first order.
Production, inspection, delivery
Production will be carried out while maintaining quality. A factory tour is available if desired.
