DewTracer mini CRDS-H2O is the world's smallest and most innovative Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) trace moisture analyzer. It can measure trace moisture in the range of 12 ppbv ~ 20 ppmv (-100 ~ 55 °CDP) with high speed, high accuracy and long-term reliability.

DewTracer mini CRDS-H2O sensor has small cavity volume which means that gases in this cavity are replaced quickly, and its measurement can rapidly trace sudden changes in trace moisture with SHINYEI unique spectral analysis.

Measurements unaffected by corrosive gases or other components

CRDS sensor measures an amount of trace moisture in the sample gas without contact and can also measure moisture in corrosive gases.

No sensor drift and long-term reliability measurements

CRDS trace moisture analyzer provides long-term highly reliable trace moisture measurements because the sensor does not drift as seen with adsorption/desorption type sensors and its measurement method uses an absolute measurement method that does not require calibration curves.

Compact size for installation flexibility

The sensor unit is small (H165 x W150 x D300 mm) and can be installed in three 19-inch racks.

Sensor unit and monitor unit

Sensor unit and monitor unit can be separated and it provides the best installation options can be selectable for applications and locations. PC with bundled software also can be used instead of monitor unit to operate the sensor unit and manage measurements.

Monitor unit with 5-inch touch panel color display

Monitor unit with 5-inch color touch panel for starti/stop measurements and making various settings. The monitor screen displays measurements and trend graphs. It also has screen lock function to prevent malfunction, a status function to check the instrument's operating status, and an alarm function to determine the set threshold value. When a PC is used instead of the monitor unit, the same functions as the monitor unit can be used with the bundled software.


Operation is intuitive and comfortable, just by touching the screen.

UJR / VCR fittings

UJR / VCR fittings are used for sample gas IN-OUT. Additional ports for purging the inside of the sensor unit with nitrogen in a case of sample gas leakage from the cavity, are also available as options.
