We provide chicken ingredients to Japanese brand ramen restaurants operating in Hong Kong.
The ramen restaurant has a strong desire to "allow Hong Kong customers to experience as authentic Japanese flavors as possible," and is committed to using Japanese chicken ingredients not only for its signature chicken but also for the toppings.
To support this commitment, we have signed a contract with a chicken processing manufacturer in Kyushu. By quickly freezing freshly processed chicken, we lock in the flavor and deliver it to the ramen restaurant through our partner company in Hong Kong.
In addition to chicken, we also handle a wide variety of commercial ingredients, including seasonings and desserts. We are also flexible in responding to customer requests for the development of original private brand products, and strive to provide attentive support.
